All prices include GST. Pricing is based on a basic home layout with standard-sized bedrooms, standard living, dining & bathroom.

Large spaces or additional rooms are extra, and pricing is subject to viewing.

The standard hire period is 5 (FIVE) weeks. Extended periods start at $175.00 incl GST per week and are available with prior agreement.

Vacant properties -a 50% deposit is required on acceptance of our quote to secure your booking. The remainder of the invoice is payable within 7 days of the initial stage.

Partial Staging

We offer partial staging packages based on your needs, this is ideal for homeowners that are staying in the property and have existing furniture.

Starting price from $895 incl GST

For partial staging where the hirer will be living at their property, full payment must be made prior to initial stage, and a $500 bond must be paid in advance. Bond will be returned once de-staging has been completed and all items are returned in what ‘Stageplicity’ deems as good condition.
